[ It's been plaguing Dolly since October, that October when she took up that very first quest in helping ABA gather that Klefki. What ever did happen to them? Dolly really hope it wasn't part of some sort of macabre ritual as she went to look for ABA.. ]
[ The Spire is coming into view as Dolly goes to head on in, this was where ABA lived at, right? She wasn't living out in the woods or anything of the sorts....at least that is what Dolly was assuming.. ]
[ She goes to the nearest Pokemon to ask: ]
I hope it's not much of a bother, but do you know where ABA is?
[Unlike Dolly, the whereabouts of the Klefkis have not been plaquing A.B.A at all. In fact, she's lost exactly zero sleep over it.
Probably...probably because she knows exactly where they are.
In fact, the idea that anyone could be bothered about that at all doesn't even cross A.B.A's mind. That's why she's surprised to overhear someone asking about her, her ears flicking over in the familiar voice's direction. Normally it's usually guildmates requiring her assistance when she hears her name in people's mouths. What in the world does this Lum want with her? Did they agree to a mission and she forgot? No...impossible... Her mind is a steel trap...
A.B.A's massive size compared to Dolly's miniature stature clashes aggressively as she looms over the tiny Sylveon from behind. Her shadow blankets her, consumes her.]
[ The Klefkis are definitely the albatross around Dolly's neck at the moment as the massive shadow looms over her. It truly was comedically timed as Dolly the tiniest Sylveon ever went to turn around and look upwards at ABA. ]
[ The fact Dolly was absurdly small before compared to her older batch brothers who were closing in on nine feet in height didn't startle Dolly at all. Nope, she's just reacting as business as per usual. ]
Goodness, it's been a while since October, ABA. I'm sorry to intrude, but, I was wondering, how is Klefki doing after the quest?
[ Yep, totally a normal conversation to have...please let the Klefki not be buried somewhere... ]
[A.B.A's neck cranes much like a bird's as she tilts her head in confusion. That...was not what she expected to hear. That mission concluded months ago, why does she care now?
Why would anyone care, for that matter? It's none of their business...]
F-Fine...? Their wellbeing is no concern of yours, I doubt they even know who you are...
[ .....Yep she definitely hiding the bodies..... ]
No that's fair, I was just curious as that Klefki hasn't been seen outside as of late... They do need outdoor time for enrichments. It's good for their minds to explore and collect more keys.
[ Maybe that'll cover Dolly's little cotton candy fluff tail there? Clearly Klefki needs to collect keys constantly...right? RIGHT? Dolly stays calm and posed during it though. ]
[...Is that true? A.B.A snarls, that sounds true, and she's not sure that she likes it. She doesn't like being corrected, and she certainly doesn't like the idea that she could be wrong about anything key-related.]
There is an abundance of keys at their disposals... ["Disposals." There are multiple.] I don't believe I like what you're insinuating.
My apologies, that wasn't what I meant to do at all. You're definitely a good caregiver, it's just we'd love to see them a bit more often is all.
[ Wait a minute...there are keys at their disposal? Okay that's a good sign they're very much alive and not worm meat (or at least what constitutes for worm meat for a Klefki). No, this was good, very good news here...nothing to worry about...at all... ]
[ ...oh sweet Mac Lir, she's been holding them hostage... ]
[What is this? Some kind of...other form of homewrecking? To think it goes beyond spouses, people want to break up her happy family now, too? A.B.A's fur bristles.]
They have no desire to see anyone else when they have ME.
[ Okay, deep breath in, deep breath out...just calm ABA down and it should be alright...right? Dolly tries to maintain what little resemblance to calmness can be achieved with this...Dolly doesn't even know what to call this.. ]
I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend, wouldn't it be nice though to show off your Klefkis? I think you should definitely show everyone how good you've been taking care of them.
[But at the same time, she's curious. A.B.A was never one to go out of her way to show off. Yes, she's perfect and wonderful and has more potential than everyone combined, but she's also.......shy.
[ There was a brief flash of 'Oh Stellar Sea I may have to fight ABA' before relaxing at the curiosity...okay this was a promising turn of events here...Maybe something can be salvaged! ]
Well, from what I understand about human society for well over six hundred years, they love seeing parents out and about with their progeny. It helps with getting a social standing amongst other parents as well as creating a social network for when you need time to yourself. I'm still getting use to this concept, I was raised communally with my batch siblings and used to having caregivers with an overseer rather than a parent.
Action~ (For the love of Klefki)

Elaborate. What would this accomplish?
